- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 100 g Milky Mist Greek Yogurt Cup
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- - Coriander Powder
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 500 g Onion
- 240G Dhananjay Roasted Chat Masala Chanaz (240g)
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
- 2. Prepare the marinade by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 4. While the chicken marinates, blend mint leaves, coriander, green chili, onion, and chat masala into a smooth chutney.
- 5. Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat and brush it lightly with vegetable oil.
