  • 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 1 Kg Frozen Pink Guava Pulp
  • - Garlic Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • - White Pepper
  • 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
  • 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook it in a pot with 300 ml of water until fluffy.
  2. 2. Drain the tofu and cut it into bite-sized cubes, then pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan and sauté the tofu until golden and crispy on all sides.
  4. 4. In another pan, add the remaining sesame oil and stir-fry the frozen mixed vegetables over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Mix tamarind pulp, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, white pepper, and water in a small bowl to create the sauce.
  6. 6. Add the cooked tofu to the vegetable mixture and pour the tamarind sauce over it, stirring to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  7. 7. Dissolve the cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of water, then add it to the pan to thicken the sauce.
