- 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
- 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 1 Kg Frozen Pink Guava Pulp
- - Garlic Powder
- - Ginger Powder
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- - White Pepper
- 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook it in a pot with 300 ml of water until fluffy.
- 2. Drain the tofu and cut it into bite-sized cubes, then pat dry with a paper towel.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan and sauté the tofu until golden and crispy on all sides.
- 4. In another pan, add the remaining sesame oil and stir-fry the frozen mixed vegetables over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- 5. Mix tamarind pulp, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, white pepper, and water in a small bowl to create the sauce.
- 6. Add the cooked tofu to the vegetable mixture and pour the tamarind sauce over it, stirring to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- 7. Dissolve the cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of water, then add it to the pan to thicken the sauce.
- 8. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the sauce is well-combined and coats the tofu and vegetables.
- 9. Serve the tangy tamarind tofu stir-fry hot over the cooked rice.
