  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 100 g Tamarind Paste
  • 200 g Nutrela Soya (Chunks)
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
  • 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
  • - Ginger Powder
  • - Garlic Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. 2. Boil the soy chunks in water for 5 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter before adding curry leaves.
  4. 4. Stir in the ginger powder, garlic powder, turmeric, and red chili powder for a fragrant spice base.
  5. 5. Add the tamarind pulp and mix well, cooking for 2-3 minutes to release its tangy flavors.
