- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Garlic

- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes and set them aside.
- 2. Chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic, and ginger finely for the curry base.
- 3. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them splutter for a few seconds.
- 4. Add the chopped onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
- 5. Stir in the tomatoes and cook until soft, forming a thick paste-like mixture.
- 6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder, mixing well to combine.
- 7. Pour in tamarind pulp and water, allowing the flavors to blend together for 3-4 minutes.
- 8. Add the diced potatoes and green peas, stirring to coat them in the spice mixture.
- 9. Cover the pan and cook on medium heat until the potatoes are tender and peas are cooked.
- 10. Season with salt and adjust the tanginess by adding more tamarind pulp if needed.
- 11. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and stir gently before turning off the heat.
- 12. Serve the tangy curry warm with steamed rice or lightly toasted flatbreads.
