  • 1 kg Fish Fillets
  • 100 g Tamarind Paste
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
  • 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets; ensure they are free from excess moisture.
  2. 2. Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt; let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds; let them crackle before adding curry leaves.
  4. 4. Sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant, followed by adding sliced onions and green chilies.
  5. 5. Cook onions until golden brown, then add chopped tomatoes; stir and cook until softened.
