  • 100 g Tamarind
  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S

  2. 2. Cut the fish fillet into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a bowl.
  3. 3. Prepare the marinade by mixing tamarind paste, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt.
