Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 250g Green Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken drumsticks, then marinate with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat mustard oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic.
- 3. Add finely chopped onions and garlic, cooking until golden brown.
- 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and tamarind pulp, cooking until the mixture forms a thick sauce.
- 5. Add marinated chicken drumsticks to the pan and cook until coated with the sauce.
- 6. Pour in water, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- 7. In another pan, heat a small amount of oil and sauté soaked millet with turmeric, coriander powder, and green chilies.
- 8. Add water to the millet and cook until tender and fluffy, stirring occasionally.
- 9. Garnish the chicken and millet with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
