Ingredients

  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken drumsticks, then marinate with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat mustard oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic.
  3. 3. Add finely chopped onions and garlic, cooking until golden brown.
  4. 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and tamarind pulp, cooking until the mixture forms a thick sauce.
  5. 5. Add marinated chicken drumsticks to the pan and cook until coated with the sauce.
  6. 6. Pour in water, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  7. 7. In another pan, heat a small amount of oil and sauté soaked millet with turmeric, coriander powder, and green chilies.
  8. 8. Add water to the millet and cook until tender and fluffy, stirring occasionally.
  9. 9. Garnish the chicken and millet with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
