  • 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
  • 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
  • 100 g Catch Raita Masala
  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 100 g Tamarind Paste

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the rice thoroughly under running water and soak it for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Peel and finely chop the onions, garlic cloves, and fresh turmeric.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
