- 100 g Garlic

- 150 g Licious Chicken Drumstick
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Sugar
- - Coriander Powder
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 1 l Soyabean Oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken drumsticks thoroughly.
- 2. Prepare the marinade by mixing tamarind pulp, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and sugar.
- 3. Coat the chicken drumsticks with the marinade, ensuring even coverage, and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat and add the marinated drumsticks.
- 5. Sear the drumsticks on all sides until lightly browned, ensuring the spices stick to the chicken.
- 6. Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cover it with a lid to allow the chicken to cook through gently.
- 7. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking, and cook for about 20 minutes until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens.
- 8. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves before serving.
