Ingredients

  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 100 g Tamarind Paste
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix tamarind paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Thinly slice the onion, chop the garlic cloves, and finely slice the green chilies.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic and green chilies until fragrant.
  6. 6. Add the sliced onion to the pan and cook until it turns golden brown.
  7. 7. Toss the marinated chicken pieces in rice flour for a light coating.
  8. 8. Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked and slightly crispy.
