- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 100 g Tamarind Paste
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- - Onion-250 Gms
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- 2. In a bowl, mix tamarind paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and salt.
- 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. Thinly slice the onion, chop the garlic cloves, and finely slice the green chilies.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic and green chilies until fragrant.
- 6. Add the sliced onion to the pan and cook until it turns golden brown.
- 7. Toss the marinated chicken pieces in rice flour for a light coating.
- 8. Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked and slightly crispy.
- 9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
