Ingredients

  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the lamb ribs thoroughly and pat them dry using a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Prepare a marinade by mixing garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Coat the lamb ribs evenly with the marinade, cover, and let them rest for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
  5. 5. Arrange the marinated lamb ribs on the tray and roast them for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. 6. Meanwhile, rinse the millet under running water and set it aside.
  7. 7. In a saucepan, heat coconut milk and 200 ml of water until it begins to simmer.
  8. 8. Add the millet to the saucepan, cover, and cook on low heat until the grains are tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  9. 9. Fluff the cooked millet with a fork and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  10. 10. Remove the lamb ribs from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
