Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- - Garlic Paste
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lamb ribs thoroughly and pat them dry using a kitchen towel.
- 2. Prepare a marinade by mixing garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt in a bowl.
- 3. Coat the lamb ribs evenly with the marinade, cover, and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
- 5. Arrange the marinated lamb ribs on the tray and roast them for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- 6. Meanwhile, rinse the millet under running water and set it aside.
- 7. In a saucepan, heat coconut milk and 200 ml of water until it begins to simmer.
- 8. Add the millet to the saucepan, cover, and cook on low heat until the grains are tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- 9. Fluff the cooked millet with a fork and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- 10. Remove the lamb ribs from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- 11. Plate the lamb ribs alongside the coconut millet for a balanced and flavorful meal.
