Ingredients
- Pcs Everest Rajma Masala 50g
- 500 G Brown Rice
- 250 g Carrot
- - Green Peas
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rajma and soak it overnight, then pressure cook until soft.
- 2. Wash the brown rice thoroughly and soak it for 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat oil in a deep pan and add cumin seeds, letting them splutter.
- 4. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 5. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
- 6. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
- 7. Mix in the cooked rajma and sauté for 3 minutes to blend the flavors.
- 8. Add diced carrots, green peas, and soaked rice, stirring gently.
- 9. Pour in water and add salt, then bring to a boil.
- 10. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer until the rice is fully cooked.
- 11. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well before turning off the heat.
- 12. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
