- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Clean and prepare the prawns by peeling and deveining them thoroughly.
- 2. Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, letting them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 4. Add chopped onions to the pan and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Stir in the ginger, garlic, and green chilies, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- 6. Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
- 7. Pour in the coconut milk and mix well, allowing the sauce to simmer for 5 minutes.
- 8. Add the cleaned prawns to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 9. Season with salt and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- 10. Serve hot with steamed basmati rice or parboiled millet for a complete meal.
