Ingredients
- - Baby Tomatoes

- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1 Kg Super Star Jeera Rice1kg
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onions, ginger, garlic, and green chili.
- 2. In a bowl, mix mutton mince, half the chopped onions, ginger, garlic, green chili, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small round kofta balls, ensuring they are firm.
- 4. Heat oil in a deep pan and sauté the remaining onions until golden brown.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt to the pan and cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil separates.
- 6. Carefully place the kofta balls into the pan and cook for 3 minutes without stirring too much.
- 7. Add a cup of water and simmer the curry gently for 15 minutes, ensuring the koftas are cooked through.
- 8. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander over the curry, then stir gently to combine.
- 9. While the curry simmers, rinse and cook the jeera rice in a pot with 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt.
- 10. Once the rice is cooked, fluff it lightly with a fork.
- 11. Serve the tangy mutton kofta curry hot alongside the fragrant jeera rice.
