Ingredients
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking tray with oil.
- 2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes inside.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- 4. Add garlic, ginger, and green chili, cooking for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 5. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
- 6. Add the mutton keema to the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until fully cooked.
- 7. Mix in garam masala and fresh coriander leaves, then remove the pan from heat.
- 8. Stuff the prepared bell peppers with the cooked mutton keema mixture, pressing lightly to pack it in.
- 9. Place the stuffed bell peppers on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes until the peppers are soft and lightly charred.
- 10. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot with a sprinkle of fresh coriander.
