- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 kg Rice
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- - Beans/broad -250gm
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- - Onion-250 Gms
- - Coriander Powder
- - Ginger Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 200 g Chukde Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds
- 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly and soak them in water for 15 minutes.
- 2. Finely chop the carrots, green beans, tomatoes, onions, and fresh coriander.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 4. Add chopped onions to the pan and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Mix in ginger powder, turmeric powder, and black pepper, and cook for 1 minute to release their aroma.
- 6. Drain the soaked lentils, add them to the pan, and stir well to coat with the spices.
