Ingredients
- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- - Masala Cashew
- - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
- - Rock Salt
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and set aside in a bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix coconut yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, and all the powdered spices including turmeric, chili, coriander, cumin, garam masala, black pepper, and rock salt.
- 3. Add rice flour to the marinade mixture and stir well to create a smooth and thick coating for the chicken.
- 4. Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes and ensure each piece is evenly coated. Cover and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- 5. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving small gaps between pieces for even cooking.
- 6. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and brush it lightly with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- 7. Place the chicken skewers on the grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
