  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 100 g Milky Mist Skyr High Protein Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • medium Chilli Green Long

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set them aside in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt to form a marinade.
  3. 3. Add the marinade to the chicken pieces, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
