- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 100 g Milky Mist Skyr High Protein Plain Yogurt
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)

Instructions
- 1. Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set them aside in a mixing bowl.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt to form a marinade.
- 3. Add the marinade to the chicken pieces, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. Sprinkle rice flour over the marinated chicken and toss to form a light coating on the pieces.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
