- 1 kg Rice
- - MASOOR DAL SPECIAL 500GM
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 250 g Cucumber
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala
- - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
Instructions
- 1. Boil the red lentils until tender, then drain and allow them to cool slightly.
- 2. Cook the rice until fluffy, ensuring grains remain separate, and let it cool to room temperature.
- 3. Grate the carrot and dice the cucumber and tomato into small cubes.
- 4. Finely chop the green chilies and coriander leaves for added freshness and spice.
- 5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rice, boiled lentils, and prepared vegetables.
- 6. Add the chopped green chilies and coriander leaves to the mixture, tossing everything evenly.
- 7. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala, black pepper powder, and salt.
- 8. Pour the tangy dressing over the salad and gently mix to coat all the ingredients.
