Ingredients

  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
  • 100 g Lemon
  • - Lemon Pepper Seasoning-100Gm

  1. 1. Clean and devein the prawns, pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Peel and mince the garlic and ginger finely to prepare the marinade.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix ginger, garlic, turmeric, chili powder, lemon juice, and rock salt.
  4. 4. Add the prawns to the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  5. 5. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium heat and sauté the marinated prawns for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
