Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Star Jsr L Kolam Rice1kg
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 270 g Protein Chef 50G High Protein Bread
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
  • 180 g Vinegar
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
  • 100 g Mix Seeds
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the Kolam rice thoroughly under cold water and soak it for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring 400 ml of water to a boil and cook the rice until soft and fluffy, approximately 12 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and add the Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans.
  4. 4. Stir in the Frozen Mixed Vegetables, Fresh Turmeric, and Ginger Powder, cooking for 5 minutes until softened.
  5. 5. Mix the Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix with the vegetables and add 50 ml of water to create a thick bhaji consistency.
  6. 6. Add Vinegar and Salt to the vegetable bhaji and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Toast the Protein Chef 50G High Protein Bread slices lightly on a pan until golden and crisp.
