  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 680 g Ching'S Secret Chilli Sauce
  • 1 kg Beetroot
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice

  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and black pepper in a bowl to make a marinade.
  3. 3. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.
