  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • loose Ginger
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 750 g Priya Sunflower Oil
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 100 g Dabur Honey
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 10G Red Chili Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under running water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. In a pot, combine the rice, water, and a pinch of salt, then cook on medium heat until the water is absorbed.
  3. 3. Finely chop the garlic, grate the ginger, and slice the spring onions for garnish.
  4. 4. Heat sunflower oil in a pan, then sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
