- 1 kg Fish Fillets
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- - Ginger Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

- - Onion-250 Gms
- 180 g Vinegar
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat dry with a clean towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic, ginger powder, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, and salt to prepare the marinade.
- 3. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 4. Meanwhile, blend mint leaves, coriander, green chilies, onion, vinegar, and a pinch of salt into a smooth chutney. Set aside.
- 5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or grill on medium heat until sizzling hot.
- 6. Sprinkle rice flour evenly over the marinated fish fillets for a light crust.
- 7. Place fish fillets on the grill or pan and cook each side for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- 8. Remove the fish from heat and let it rest for 2 minutes before serving.
