Ingredients

  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt into a smooth marinade.
  3. 3. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a grill pan and cook the marinated fish fillets on medium heat until golden and cooked through.
  5. 5. In a separate pot, rinse the millet thoroughly and bring 300 ml of water to a boil.
  6. 6. Add the millet to the boiling water, cover, and let it cook on low heat until tender and water is absorbed.
  7. 7. Stir in the coconut milk into the cooked millet and simmer for 3 minutes for a creamy texture.
  8. 8. Plate the millet and top with the grilled fish tikka.
  9. 9. Garnish the dish with chopped fresh coriander leaves before serving.
