Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- - Garlic Paste
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt into a smooth marinade.
- 3. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a grill pan and cook the marinated fish fillets on medium heat until golden and cooked through.
- 5. In a separate pot, rinse the millet thoroughly and bring 300 ml of water to a boil.
- 6. Add the millet to the boiling water, cover, and let it cook on low heat until tender and water is absorbed.
- 7. Stir in the coconut milk into the cooked millet and simmer for 3 minutes for a creamy texture.
- 8. Plate the millet and top with the grilled fish tikka.
- 9. Garnish the dish with chopped fresh coriander leaves before serving.
