Ingredients
- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- 200 ml Greek Yogurt Smoothie - Mulberry
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the boneless fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, coriander, chili, cumin powder, and salt to make the marinade.
- 3. Add the fish pieces to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for 20 minutes.
- 4. Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C and lightly grease it with mustard oil.
- 5. Arrange the marinated fish pieces on skewers or directly on the grill tray.
- 6. Grill the fish for 8-10 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred.
- 7. Finely chop fresh coriander leaves and sprinkle them over the grilled fish tikka.
- 8. Serve the tangy fish tikka bites hot with a wedge of lemon and mint chutney.
