Ingredients

  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. 3. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and lemon juice to the spice mixture to form a smooth marinade.
  4. 4. Coat the fish pieces evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium flame until it shimmers.
  6. 6. Add sliced onions to the pan and sauté until they turn golden brown and aromatic.
