  • 200 g Spinach (Palak)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • - Rock Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil

  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, and garlic cloves, and set them aside.
  2. 2. Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and add cumin seeds until they crackle.
