- 100 g Milky Mist Greek Yogurt Cup

- 1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and set aside in a mixing bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- 3. Add the yogurt mixture to the chicken strips and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan and roast the besan on low heat until aromatic, then add it to the marinade for added binding.
- 5. Heat the pan again, add vegetable oil, and cook the marinated chicken until golden and fully cooked, around 10-12 minutes.
- 6. While the chicken cooks, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, and a small pinch of salt into a smooth chutney.
- 7. Warm the whole wheat flatbreads on a hot pan for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft and pliable.
- 8. Spread the mint chutney onto each flatbread and layer with the cooked chicken tikka strips.
