- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- - Green Chutney
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and set aside in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Prepare the marinade by combining lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- 3. Add rice flour to the marinade to help coat the chicken evenly and create a crispy texture when cooked.
- 4. Pour the marinade over the chicken cubes and mix well to ensure every piece is coated. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- 5. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, ensuring they are evenly spaced for even cooking.
- 6. Heat a grill pan or tandoor and brush it lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
