Ingredients
- Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- 250 g Cucumber
- 250 g Carrot
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, and coriander leaves.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken mince, gram flour, chopped ingredients, and spices.
- 3. Mix thoroughly and shape the mixture into elongated kebabs around skewers.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and cook the kebabs until golden brown and fully cooked.
- 5. Prepare a tangy dressing by blending yogurt with mint leaves and a pinch of salt.
- 6. Thinly slice cucumber and carrot for the vegetable filling.
- 7. Warm the rice flour flatbreads on a dry skillet until soft and pliable.
- 8. Spread the yogurt-mint dressing on the flatbreads evenly.
- 9. Place the cooked chicken seekh kebabs on the flatbreads.
- 10. Top with the sliced cucumber and carrot for crunch.
- 11. Roll the flatbreads tightly to form wraps.
- 12. Slice the wraps into halves and serve immediately with extra dressing on the side.
