  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 50 g Cloves
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
  • - Loacker Quadratini Vanilla 250 Gm
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the chicken thighs thoroughly and pat them dry using a paper towel.
  2. 2. Rinse the 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  3. 3. Chop the fresh tomato, onion, and garlic cloves into small pieces for sautéing.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or rice cooker on medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the chopped onion and garlic cloves to the pan and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the fresh turmeric and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, letting the spices bloom in the oil.
  7. 7. Add the chicken thighs to the pan, cooking until lightly browned on all sides, approximately 7 minutes.
