  • 400 g Organically Grown Cabbage (Patta Gobhi)
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 1 kg Satyam Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, add 500 g of shredded cabbage and 1 1/2 cups of finely diced green peppers.
  2. 2. Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt over the vegetables and toss them thoroughly to combine.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1 tbsp of water until the sugar dissolves completely.
  4. 4. Pour the prepared dressing over the cabbage and green peppers, and mix well to coat all the vegetables evenly.
