- 400 g Organically Grown Cabbage (Patta Gobhi)
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 kg Satyam Sugar
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, add 500 g of shredded cabbage and 1 1/2 cups of finely diced green peppers.
- 2. Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt over the vegetables and toss them thoroughly to combine.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1 tbsp of water until the sugar dissolves completely.
- 4. Pour the prepared dressing over the cabbage and green peppers, and mix well to coat all the vegetables evenly.
- 5. Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
