Ingredients
- - Fresh Tofu
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- - Rice Flour
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into cubes and the vegetables into bite-sized pieces for easy skewering.
- 2. In a bowl, mix hung curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- 3. Add tofu and vegetables to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated, then marinate for 20 minutes.
- 4. Prepare skewers by threading tofu and vegetables alternately, ensuring a mix of colors and flavors.
- 5. Heat a grill pan and brush it lightly with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- 6. Place skewers on the pan and cook on medium heat, turning occasionally for even grilling.
- 7. Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, salt, and a splash of water to make a smooth mint chutney.
- 8. Remove skewers from the pan once they are charred and cooked through, approximately 8-10 minutes.
- 9. Serve the tandoori skewers hot with the fresh mint chutney on the side for dipping.
