  • 100 g Quinoa
  • - Rice Flour
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut yogurt, rice flour, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the marinated tofu until golden and slightly crispy on all sides.
