Ingredients
- 100 g Quinoa
- - Rice Flour
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Coriander Powder
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Garlic
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut yogurt, rice flour, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- 3. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the marinated tofu until golden and slightly crispy on all sides.
- 5. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and cook it in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes until fluffy.
- 6. Mince the garlic and sauté it lightly in olive oil until aromatic, then fold it into the cooked quinoa.
- 7. Plate the quinoa and top it with the tandoori tofu cubes, garnishing with chopped fresh cilantro.
