A flavorful Indian-inspired dish featuring tandoori-marinated paneer wrapped in spiced soy bacon, baked to perfection for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
- 200 g Id Soft And Creamy Paneer
- 100 g Milky Mist Skyr High Protein Plain Yogurt
- 2 x 100 g Roopak'S Special Tandoori Masala
- 500 g Dhani Pure Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2. Cut 500 g of paneer into medium-sized cubes and set aside.
- 3. In a bowl, mix 100 g of plain yogurt, 1 tbsp tandoori masala, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, and salt to taste to create a marinade.
- 4. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 5. Arrange the marinated paneer cubes directly on the prepared baking tray.
- 6. Brush the paneer cubes lightly with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning them halfway through, until the paneer is golden.
- 8. Remove from the oven and serve hot with a side of mint chutney or tamarind sauce.
