A flavorful Indian-inspired dish featuring tandoori-marinated paneer wrapped in spiced soy bacon, baked to perfection for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Id Soft And Creamy Paneer
  • 100 g Milky Mist Skyr High Protein Plain Yogurt
  • 2 x 100 g Roopak'S Special Tandoori Masala
  • 500 g Dhani Pure Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
  • 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
  • 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
  • 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Cut 500 g of paneer into medium-sized cubes and set aside.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix 100 g of plain yogurt, 1 tbsp tandoori masala, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, and salt to taste to create a marinade.
  4. 4. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Arrange the marinated paneer cubes directly on the prepared baking tray.
  6. 6. Brush the paneer cubes lightly with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning them halfway through, until the paneer is golden.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven and serve hot with a side of mint chutney or tamarind sauce.
