  • - Saffola Classic Masala Oats
  • 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
  • 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
  • 375G Laziza Complete Haleem Spices, Pulses & Grains Mix 375G
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 1 Lemon - 1 Each
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and marinate with 1 tsp of the curry blend, 1 tbsp olive oil, juice of half a lemon, and a pinch of salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until aromatic, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the Saffola Classic Masala Oats to the saucepan and stir for 1 minute to toast lightly.
  4. 4. Slowly pour in the water while stirring, and cook the oats over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until creamy, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. While the oats cook, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the marinated paneer for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
