- - Saffola Classic Masala Oats
- 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- 375G Laziza Complete Haleem Spices, Pulses & Grains Mix 375G
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Lemon - 1 Each
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
Instructions
- 1. Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and marinate with 1 tsp of the curry blend, 1 tbsp olive oil, juice of half a lemon, and a pinch of salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until aromatic, about 1 minute.
- 3. Add the Saffola Classic Masala Oats to the saucepan and stir for 1 minute to toast lightly.
- 4. Slowly pour in the water while stirring, and cook the oats over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until creamy, stirring occasionally.
- 5. While the oats cook, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the marinated paneer for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 6. Peel and julienne the carrots and slice the cucumber into thin rounds for a fresh side salad.
- 7. Season the salad with a pinch of salt, remaining lemon juice, and a sprinkle of the curry blend for an extra kick.
- 8. Once the oats are cooked, divide them evenly between two serving bowls.
