Ingredients
- - Blep Lamb Broth For Cats & Dogs
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 270 g Adf Soul Mint Chutney In Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, mustard oil, and salt.
- 2. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat each piece evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- 3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning if using wooden ones.
- 4. Thread the marinated lamb pieces onto the skewers, ensuring they are spaced slightly apart for even cooking.
- 5. Heat a grill pan or tawa over medium heat. Brush it lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
- 6. Place the skewers on the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, turning occasionally, until the lamb is fully cooked and slightly charred.
- 7. While the lamb is grilling, prepare the mint chutney by blending mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt into a smooth paste.
- 8. Once the lamb skewers are cooked, remove them from the pan and let them rest for 2 minutes before serving.
- 9. Serve the lamb skewers hot with the mint chutney on the side for dipping.
