- 65G Natoora Root Ginger

- 125G Grissini Traditional Extra Virgin Olive Oil Breadsticks, 125G

Instructions
- 1. Mix Greek yogurt with curry blend, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and salt in a bowl to create the marinade.
- 2. Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to infuse flavors.
- 3. Rinse basmati rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 4. Heat a saucepan, add olive oil, and toast the cumin seeds until fragrant, then add the rinsed rice and sauté for 2 minutes.
- 5. Add water to the rice (about 1.5 times the rice volume), bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes until cooked.
