- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 200 g Mother Dairy Classic Cup Curd
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Dabur Honey
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Add rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, curd, and salt to the bowl.
- 3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
- 5. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the mint dip by blending mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, honey, and a pinch of salt with a splash of water into a smooth paste.
