  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 200 g Mother Dairy Classic Cup Curd
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Dabur Honey

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, curd, and salt to the bowl.
  3. 3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  5. 5. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
