  • 1 pack (200 g) Ifb Fresh Catch Prawns | Medium
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 400 g Agapi Protein Greek Yogurt (Natural)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean and devein the prawns thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to create the marinade.
  3. 3. Coat the prawns evenly with the marinade and let them rest for at least 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated prawns, cooking them on medium heat for 4-5 minutes until they turn golden and aromatic.
