Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 200 ml Greek Yogurt Smoothie - Mulberry
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 250 g Cucumber
- - Tomato Ketchup
- - Coriander Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the millet under cold water, then cook it in 2 cups of water until tender and fluffy.
- 2. In a bowl, mix prawns with yogurt, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste.
- 3. Let the prawns marinate for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated prawns for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix yogurt with chopped mint leaves and a pinch of salt to make the drizzle.
- 6. Arrange the cooked millet in serving bowls, then top with the tandoori prawns.
- 7. Add sliced cucumber, tomato, and chopped coriander leaves around the prawns for freshness.
- 8. Drizzle the yogurt-mint mixture over the bowl for a tangy kick.
