Ingredients

  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • 200 ml Greek Yogurt Smoothie - Mulberry
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the millet under cold water, then cook it in 2 cups of water until tender and fluffy.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix prawns with yogurt, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste.
  3. 3. Let the prawns marinate for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated prawns for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, mix yogurt with chopped mint leaves and a pinch of salt to make the drizzle.
  6. 6. Arrange the cooked millet in serving bowls, then top with the tandoori prawns.
