Ingredients

  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent them from burning during grilling.
  2. 2. Rinse the prawns thoroughly and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, turmeric, ginger powder, lemon juice, and vegetable oil to create a marinade.
  4. 4. Toss the prawns in the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated, and let them sit for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Boil the rice in 300ml of water with a pinch of rock salt until cooked and fluffy, then set aside.
  6. 6. Thread the marinated prawns and Frozen Mixed Vegetables alternately onto the skewers.
  7. 7. Heat a grill pan or tawa over medium heat and lightly brush with vegetable oil.
