  • 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
  • 100 g Lemon

  1. 1. Rinse the prawns thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Prepare the marinade by combining yogurt, turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger powder, chili powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add the prawns to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated, and let them sit for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Wash the rice under running water until it runs clear, then soak it in water while you prepare other ingredients.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onion and crushed garlic until golden and aromatic.
