- 100 g Lemon

- 1. Rinse the prawns thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Prepare the marinade by combining yogurt, turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger powder, chili powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- 3. Add the prawns to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated, and let them sit for 20 minutes.
- 4. Wash the rice under running water until it runs clear, then soak it in water while you prepare other ingredients.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onion and crushed garlic until golden and aromatic.
- 6. Add the soaked rice to the pan, stir gently, and pour in 300 ml of water. Cover and cook on medium heat until the rice is tender.
