- 1 pack (200 g) Godrej Real Good Medium Prawns Peeled & Deveined (Freshly Frozen)
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Milky Mist Skyr High Protein Plain Yogurt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- - Rock Salt
- - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
Instructions
- 1. Clean and devein the prawns, ensuring they are properly washed and pat dried.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon juice, rock salt, and black pepper to form the marinade.
- 3. Coat the prawns evenly with the marinade, cover, and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- 4. Heat the air fryer to 200°C and arrange the marinated prawns in a single layer inside the fryer basket.
- 5. Cook the prawns for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even grilling.
