A flavorful and smoky tandoori-style fish tikka served with mint chutney and a side of fresh vegetable salad.
Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 200 g Cream
- - Vanilla Essence
- 250 g Mascarpone Cheese
- 200g Good Life Mixed Dry Fruits 200 G
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 200 g Table Salt
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 500 g Sugar
- 100 g Cocoa Powder
- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250 g Cucumber
- 250 g Carrot
- 500 g Onion
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fish fillets thoroughly and pat them dry using kitchen towels.
- 2. In a bowl, mix hung curd, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and all the spices including salt.
- 3. Add mustard oil to the marinade and mix well to combine all the flavors.
- 4. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- 5. Preheat a grill or tandoor to medium heat and brush it with a little oil to prevent sticking.
- 6. Place the marinated fish fillets on the grill and cook each side for about 5-7 minutes until charred and cooked through.
- 7. Prepare the mint chutney by blending mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- 8. Slice the cucumber, carrot, and onion thinly to make a fresh vegetable salad.
- 9. Serve the tandoori fish tikka hot with mint chutney and the side of salad.
