Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 200 g Cream
  • - Vanilla Essence
  • 250 g Mascarpone Cheese
  • 200g Good Life Mixed Dry Fruits 200 G
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 100 g Cocoa Powder
  • 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 500 g Onion

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the fish fillets thoroughly and pat them dry using kitchen towels.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix hung curd, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and all the spices including salt.
  3. 3. Add mustard oil to the marinade and mix well to combine all the flavors.
  4. 4. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat a grill or tandoor to medium heat and brush it with a little oil to prevent sticking.
  6. 6. Place the marinated fish fillets on the grill and cook each side for about 5-7 minutes until charred and cooked through.
  7. 7. Prepare the mint chutney by blending mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
  8. 8. Slice the cucumber, carrot, and onion thinly to make a fresh vegetable salad.
  9. 9. Serve the tandoori fish tikka hot with mint chutney and the side of salad.
