- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- 200 ml Greek Yogurt Smoothie - Mulberry
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 1 kg Basmati Rice

- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 100 g Salt
- 100G Oleo
Instructions
- 1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- 2. Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- 3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- 4. Coat the fish pieces evenly in the marinade and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- 5. Meanwhile, rinse the basmati rice and cook it with coconut milk, salt, and water until fluffy.
- 6. Blend mint leaves with a splash of water to make a smooth paste and stir it into the cooked rice.
- 7. Thread the marinated fish onto the soaked skewers.
- 8. Heat oil in a grill pan and cook the skewers, turning occasionally, until the fish is charred and cooked through.
- 9. Serve the tandoori fish skewers alongside the fragrant mint rice.
- 10. Garnish with extra mint leaves for a fresh touch.
