  • 200 ml Greek Yogurt Smoothie - Mulberry
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice

  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 100 g Salt
  • 100G Oleo

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. 2. Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  4. 4. Coat the fish pieces evenly in the marinade and let them rest for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Meanwhile, rinse the basmati rice and cook it with coconut milk, salt, and water until fluffy.
  6. 6. Blend mint leaves with a splash of water to make a smooth paste and stir it into the cooked rice.
  7. 7. Thread the marinated fish onto the soaked skewers.
  8. 8. Heat oil in a grill pan and cook the skewers, turning occasionally, until the fish is charred and cooked through.
