- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- - Saffola Classic Masala Oats
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- 160G Fitbakes Low Carb Tortilla Wraps Keto Bread Protein Wrap

- 1. Mix Greek yogurt, curry blend, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to create the tandoori marinade.
- 2. Coat chicken thighs evenly with the marinade and let them rest for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
