- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 100 g Milky Mist Greek Yogurt Cup
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt.
- 3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat evenly. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 4. Soak the skewers in water to prevent them from burning during grilling.
- 5. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers evenly, leaving slight gaps between pieces.
- 6. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease with oil.
- 7. Place the chicken skewers on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, ensuring they are evenly charred and cooked through.
- 8. Keep turning the skewers occasionally to prevent burning and achieve uniform cooking.
