  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 100 g Milky Mist Greek Yogurt Cup
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat evenly. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Soak the skewers in water to prevent them from burning during grilling.
  5. 5. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers evenly, leaving slight gaps between pieces.
