- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 100 g Milky Mist Greek Yogurt Cup
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and salt to make the marinade.
- 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated, and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 4. Preheat a grill or oven to 200°C and grease the grill rack or baking tray with oil.
- 5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers or place them directly on the grill/baking tray.
- 6. Grill the chicken for 12-15 minutes, turning the pieces halfway, until they are cooked and slightly charred.
- 7. While the chicken cooks, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, rock salt, and water into a smooth chutney.
- 8. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 2 minutes before serving.
- 9. Serve the tandoori chicken tikka bites hot with the tangy mint chutney on the side.
