  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 100 g Milky Mist Greek Yogurt Cup
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and salt to make the marinade.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated, and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Preheat a grill or oven to 200°C and grease the grill rack or baking tray with oil.
  5. 5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers or place them directly on the grill/baking tray.
  6. 6. Grill the chicken for 12-15 minutes, turning the pieces halfway, until they are cooked and slightly charred.
  7. 7. While the chicken cooks, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, rock salt, and water into a smooth chutney.
  8. 8. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 2 minutes before serving.
